Summer Challenges/Changes

1. Use my non dominant hand/foot for any activities I would normally do with my right hand/foot
2. Eat vegetables with dressing/dip as snacks instead of eating junk late at night. (baby carrots, celery, and etc)
3. Stay consistent with my workout schedule. Weight lift one day, Interval run the next day. Repeat
4. Make phone calls rather than texts. Better yet, try not to use the phone 

• I realize that these days, people neglect human interaction and keep a closer relationship with their phones
• Another side goal is to never pull out a phone at a dinner table, and talk with people instead

   5.  Stay in touch with people even if they don’t

   6.  Don’t hold grudges. Forgive, and forget. What’s done is done. Smile and keep a good relationship with people

Obstacles

Obstacles in life are just motivations in disguise to push you forward so you can become better. 

Love Life

In the end, we are all just desperately trying to find something or someone to love. Often we forget that the process of finding love is a journey that we should also love and cherish. Through repetition of trial and error, we constantly reshape our definition of love. If it’s about your future career, or your ideal relationship, you should always choose by what your heart tells you. I believe that we’re often terrified to listen to our hearts because we’re afraid to raise the thought that goes completely against our desires. Rather, we force ourselves to blindly accept the present and forget the dream, the future that we always chased after. So in conclusion, this is a note to myself. I should not be afraid to accept the harsh truth. I should not be afraid of change. Because in the end, I will find something or someone to love.
